Product description:
Microwave  thawing is a new type of thawing meat method that adapts to the development trend. It penetrates the meat products through high-power density 915MHz microwave to ensure uniform temperature inside and outside after thawing. It takes only 2-4 minutes thawing from -18°C to -2°C. After thawing, the color and nutrients are basically unchanged contrasted with fresh meat. It can provide continuous production, and minimize the proliferation of harmful bacteria. At present it is the advanced method of thawing meat products. The defrosted meat products include: beef, chicken, fish, shrimp slip, pork and other products.

♦ First generation thawing equipment

It adopts manual microwave power supply and tunnel structure, its microwave power need to be manually adjusted, and use pointer for display. The microwave is input into the defrosting cavity through the horn feed port, the thawing is uneven, and the operation is inconvenient. It was eliminated in 2002 or so, but it is still used by some microwave companies  now.

The second generation of thawing equipment use automatic microwave power supply and tunnel structure, automatic microwave power control and power pointer for display. Microwave feeding through the slot antenna or serpentine waveguide, the microwave energy feeding technology is improved, and the thawing is more uniform, but it is prone to engender high temperature points and ripening points. It is easy to operate and was eliminated around 2012 or so. At present, most domestic microwave companies are using it.
♦Third generation of Microwave thawing machine
   1. The magnetron and microwave generator have their own independent intellectual property rights. They are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with European and American safety standards. The key components adopt international first-class brands’ products that have been verified and continuously improved by large-scale use of multiple projects , to ensure stability and reliability for long-term use.
   2.Microwave feeding use international advanced microwave-rotating transmitting technology, and the cavity is optimized by simulation, which can evenly heat the inside and outside of the material, so that the equipment can achieve the optimal thawing effect.

3. The thawing temperature is easy to control, and the meat temperature after thawing is -2-0 °C.

Microwave thawing advantages:
   ▲Fast thawing speed: Microwave thawing is simultaneous heating inside and outside, no heat conduction process is required, thawing quickly and has high production efficiency.
  ▲Uniform thawing: Through the microwave-rotating transmitting technology, the thawing can be uniform, and there is no external thermal internal cooling phenomenon.
  ▲No loss of nutrition: Microwave through the thermal effect, can keep the taste , protein, amino acids, vitamins and other nutrients of thawed materials against being destroyed, and at the same time it has bactericidal effect.
  ▲Material loss is small: Microwave thawing without blood water outflow, no pollution, maintaining primary color, meat loss rate is less than 1%.
  ▲High reliability: Through the circulator protection system, it is suitable for continuous production and the magnetron has a long service life.
  ▲Safety and Hygiene: Microwave thawing is carried out in a closed chamber of stainless steel. The cabinet and conveyor belt can be safely rinsed. There is no water thawing so there is no pollution.

Company Introduction:
Our manufacturing company is a pathfinder of China microwave tube manufacture and microwave energy application technology. From 1973, we have already successfully manufactured magnetron for industrial heating and formed a series of such products. We also developed all kinds of microwave energy used equipments.

Over the years, our company has won more than 50 awards for scientific, technological’s first, second and third grades at the municipal, provincial and national levels. This is the birthplace of China’s industrial microwave application technology. It is a national fixed-point station for microwave energy application and promotion. We also manufactured the first microwave magnetron and the first microwave energy used whole machine.

At present, our company is the only company in China that developed and manufactured high-power continuous wave magnetrons and microwave generators in the 915MHz and 2450MHz frequency bands and realizes industrial applications. Through decades of efforts, the 915MHz magnetron single tube and single microwave generator have all reached the domestic maximum power of 75kW/100kW, and achieved large-scale production.

In recent years, we have actively carried out R&D and manufacturer of microwave energy-saving and environmental protection equipment, and successively developed microwave coal low-temperature drying and upgrading, microwave metal smelting, microwave solid waste treatment and utilization, microwave chemical wastewater treatment and other projects. Pilot tests were carried out on all these project. We got major breakthrough and now these projects are being advanced to industrialization.
