Microwave tempering tunnel working principle :
Differed from mcirowave oven, microwave temperting tunnel system is a industrial continuous microwave thawing line, composed of upload section/ microwave chamber (cavity)/unload section/microwave system/water cooling system.
Considering the microwave working penetrated depth for food processing application, we adapt 915Mhz Microwave system. Microwave is generated by microwave generator , then through waveguide it is transmitted to microwave chamber, in microwave chamber, microwave penetrate on frozen food block to defrost them from -18 at starting to -2 at ending. During the temperture up period, the raw material surface ice becomes crushed ice,but still in solid state.In this state, no drip loss , temperature homogenously,keep food fresheness and good protein.
