High-end microwave defrosting machine could cause the frozen meat products to generate heat from the inside to the outside surface at the same time by aid of the radiation of 915MHZ high-frequency electromagnetic waves, . Using this method of defrosting , the temperature of frozen meat can quickly return from -19°C to -22 °C to about -4°C to -2°C.
Compared with the traditional natural defrost thawing, flooding or water thawing, microwave defrosting has the advantages of short time, uniform internal and external heating, no loss of nutrient components, clean thawing environment, and high product safety standards.
The Industrial defrosting equipment is composed of a tunnel-type microwave cavity, a conveyor belt, a microwave generator supply, and a cooling system. The microwave generator adopts PLC and touch screen control, and the transmission speed control adopts an inverter to regulate the speed required when the meat pieces of different sizes are defrosted. By using microwave heating to defrost frozen meat, this equipment has low energy consumption, a small temperature difference between inside and outside and the material defrosting process is basically non-destructive; due to the rapid thawing, the process can effectively preserve the original flavor, color and nutrition of food, and has a bactericidal effect.
